What we collect
When you create an account or register a team with Toledo Sport and Social Club, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, shirt size, and an emergency contact. We keep a record of the leagues you play in, the teams you belong to, and the payments you make to us.
How we use it
We use your details to run the leagues you sign up for: to build schedules, post standings, order shirts, contact you about rainouts and last-minute changes, and reach your emergency contact if something happens at a game. This is the ordinary business of running a league and we do it whether or not you opt in to marketing.
Marketing email and text messages
Separately from the above, we may send you news about upcoming seasons, social events, and openings on teams that need players. We only do this if you have ticked the box asking us to.
Email and text messages are two separate permissions. Ticking one does not opt you into the other, and you can change your mind about either at any time:
- Email — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Or email us and we will take you off the list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not share them with other organisations for their own marketing.
If you played with us before
We moved to this website in 2026. If you had an account on our old site, we brought your details across so your history is not lost, but we did not bring across any marketing permission, because the old system never recorded one. That means we will not email or text you marketing until you tell us we may.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you paid, when, and for which league.
Seeing or deleting your data
You can see and correct most of your details from your member dashboard. If you want a copy of everything we hold about you, or you want us to delete it, contact the club office and we will sort it out. Deleting your account does not erase the score of a game you played.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember what is in your registration before you pay. We do not use advertising cookies.
